Friendly staff - good location
For the Room I was quoted cve 10.560 from Booking. Com however hotel bill was at cve 15.200 which I had to accept in order to leave the Hotel not at all satisfactory

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff who did their best to understand our needs. the breakfast had something for everyone and the beds were large and comfortable. There was also a children's play area nearby that was well-maintained and supervised.
The noise from nearby clubs and music venues could be bothersome, especially at night. the cost of internet access was expensive and unreliable.

This hotel is in a great area, being very close to the ferry, port, and right in the city center. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has a good variety of options. You can enjoy a view of the parade from the hotel on Carnival.
The hotel faces noise pollution from a club, which can make it hard to sleep on Saturdays.

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast with a good variety of options, including local cuisine. Convenient location, in walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and ATMs.
The music and festivities during Christmas time were extremely loud and went on very late into the night. It made sleeping difficult, so if noise bothers you, this may not be the best hotel to stay at during holidays.
